To activate the theme, follow these steps in Smart Launcher: App Drawer > Menu Button > Preferences > Theme > Stamped Red.

I recommend users install the Stamped Red Icon Pack if it doesn't apply automatically. To enable it, navigate to App Drawer > Menu Button > Theme Settings > Bubbles: icons theme.

For Android 4.4 users experiencing issues with the status and navigation bar visibility against light backgrounds, you can resolve this by disabling transparency in Smart Launcher settings: App Drawer > Menu Button > Preferences > Global Settings > Transparent Decorations.
